Fee Schedule
> Mediation: $400/ hour with attorneys present; $500/hour without attorneys present
> Consultations, Strategic Planning, and Arbitration: $500/ hour
Location
> As selected by counsel when scheduled in person
> Virtual/Online at no extra cost
Travel
> No charge for travel time in the 12th Judicial Circuit. Travel outside 12th Judicial Circuit is at 50% of hourly service rate.
Payment
> No minimum charge
> Cash, checks, debit/credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo accepted
> Payment is due on the day of service
Cancellation
> No fee if written notice of cancellation is provided more than 24 hours prior to scheduled mediation
